The Position - Inside Sales/CSR

Full Time Permanent

Working under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• All consumables sales across Canada, with the exception of original equipment sales made by a Regional Sales Manager

• Establish pricing for consumables and equipment based on supplier costs and update quoting database – provide quotations to customers as required

• Maintain and expand existing customer base to increase the above sales volume by 50%

• Follow up all sales to ensure customer satisfaction & possible future requirements, including feedback forms and customer surveys.

• Work with Sales and  marketing personnel to ensure all sales literature and web marketing is up to date and accurate

• Create and maintain an electronic catalogue of all consumable products.
